Foster and Brahm provides strategic advice to corporations and governments on how to leverage technology to better meet their missions. Clients have included the US Congress, the US Executive Office of the President, 20 Federal Agencies (including Defense Intelligence Agency), Netscape, CIX (the world’s first Internet Service Provider Association), SCIC, Stanford University, University of Arizona, MITRE, The Defense Group, the Center for Advanced Procurement and Supply (CAPS), and the UNESCO World Water Assessment Project.
2019-2920, Udall Center for the Study of Public Policy—DCC (Distinguished Community Colleague.
2016-2019, Post Quantum Tek (PQT)—Founder and Chief Visionary Officer. Co-developed this startup company that seeks to commercialize University of Arizona Optics’ technology for using mirrors and holograms to switch data. In April 2019 I sold my interest in the startup.
